About the Space Above

The meaning behind our name is two-fold. Quite simply,"The Space Above," refers to our studio being on the second floor of a 2 story building. And really it means so much more than that! The phrase "The Space Above" also refers to the space that we all aspire to re-connect with, the space beyond our physical bodies, the higher consciousness.

It is our commitment at The Space Above to provide an atmosphere for anyone to feel more in tune with a higher consciousness through different styles of yoga, breathwork, a variety of approaches to bodywork and the science of Ayurveda.
