Ring in the Winter Solstice with live music, asana, and celebration!
Join us for a musical celebration and meditative flow in honor of this year's Winter Solstice.
Our special friend, Wynne Paris will be performing live providing us with the ambiance as we salute the sun, harmonize our vibrations with Mother Nature and Source and, ultimately, offer up our efforts toward the betterment of our world.
We will alternate rounds of sun salutations with seated chanting.
ALL levels of practice are welcome!!! As always, we will be available to modify your experience to who YOU are and what You need. So come on over and celebrate the Light within each of us and all around us!
