Yoga for Better Bones Workshop

Yoga, a weight-bearing activity, is a balanced approach that helps build better bones at any age because yoga postures are learned gradually and the weight applied to the bones is increased safely and incrementally as we become stronger.
The Space Above is offering the third class in this three-part series that will focus on:
- Strengthening muscle mass to stimulate bone building
- Improving balance and coordination to maintain agility and flexibility to avoid falling
- Increasing the range of motion to support our joints and improve our posture
