Do you have back pain? Do you think you have good posture? Through Joseph Pilates’ principals, we will help you understand your posture and improve it. Come and learn about your posture, it’s connection to your core musculature and how they protect you from back pain. We will spend time identifying your optimal posture in standing, sitting and all fours. By discovering where your perfect posture is, you can help awaken and strengthen deep stabilizers, keeping your back happy. You will learn exercises designed for core strengthening, back lengthening and improving posture. This functional movement workshop will be easy and fun. We welcome all levels, ages, and shapes!
