Do you suffer from constant, nagging back pain? Then join us at The Space Above for a workshop on the Yoga Wall designed to bring relief to back pain, and a sense of euphoria to the entire body. The spinal column is the key to the body’s well-being, and increasing the spine’s range of motion is the place to start. Through a series of forward bends, twists, lateral stretching and inversions, you will use the Yoga Wall to bring rejuvenation to the spine. A portion of this workshop requires partner work, so bring a friend along!
