Cecelia Rice has been a student and teacher of Restorative Yoga since 2002. She is received her certification as a Relax & Renew Counselor with Judith Hanson Lasater PH.D PT . She continues her studies with Judith and in turn brings the many benefits of restorative yoga to those seeking stress reduction, healing from life events, as well as supporting an already healthy lifestyle, deepening a more active yoga practice and balancing the mind/body connection.
