Winter Restorative Yoga for a Healthy Heart with Cecelia Rice
Restorative Yoga to promote and maintain vitality, health of body/mind during these final days of the Winter season. We will engage in a sequence of Hatha Yoga postures to maintain strength, balance, flexibility, lubricate joints, activate the immune system,maintain and promote a strong healthy heart. To create inner warmth we will practice several Pranajama techniques [breathing exercises] which will nurture your heart and stoke your inner space heater.Winter is also a contemplative time of year. A time for self-reflection, a time to go inward and explore that which arises from slowing down.
