Join Cecelia Rice for a workshop all about the breath: A guided sequence of mindful movements and extended periods of supported stillness targeting the 3 areas of the body which participate in "Breathing Easily."

This practice promotes a free flowing breath and increased lung capacity through increased strength, opening and flexibility of the entire Respiratory System. We will practice Pranayama -specific breathing techniques which will assist the release of deeply held tensions which in turn enables the breath cycle to nurture daily repair, movement and thinking We will use bolsters, blankets and blocks in a fashion that will allow your whole body to dissolve physical and mental tension, relax deeply, and open the 3 areas to receive the breath.
