Coming up this month: An Intermediate Pilates Clinic with Hali Fiano
Attention Pilates enthusiasts!!
You asked for it, and here it is, a two-hour Intermediate Pilates clinic!!
Saturday June 23rd
11:00am-1:00pm $30.00
Come prepared to move every joint in your body! Your core will thank you I promise. We will begin with pelvic floor work and spine-opening movements, continue with an hour of mat work and finish up with some hip, shoulder and neck yumminess.
**This is an intermediate class, so no beginners please**
