Santosha: Yoga "Off the Mat" with Anna Pittman

Our beloved teacher Anna Pittman will be presenting on Santosha as part of her "Off the Mat" series.


Santosha~ Contentment is a choice, a result of a willingness to develop a relationship with a feeling that becomes inreasingly familiar with practice. In this lecture/inquiry Anna will share how to shift from our habit of looking for contentment from an external source such as an experience or person to discovering deep contentment from the experience of Being. We will also look at the relationship between contentment and personal truth.
