Prana is the force of vitality and it resides in the breath. Armed with an understanding of the power of Breath and knowledge of the chakra system, we can learn how to use it as a tool for healing and then revolutionize how we can respond to life rather than "react" to it.

I: We will begin with a Restorative Flow sequence which is a luxurious practice encouraging you to slow down and to notice the subtle changes within as you move slowly into and from familiar poses. Feel the sensations within your internal atmosphere as you begin to relax and nourish your mind and body.

II: A guided Savasana will invite you into stillness and lead you into an Experience of your Breath Body; followed by a sequence of supported Restorative poses to gently strengthen, stretch and bring flexibility to the Respiratory muscles, while opening and creating spaciousness within the Respiratory System for a free flowing breath to nourish and feed the cells of the mind and body.

III: Relax and promote longevity of a healthy spine as you experience the shape of the spine in all directions {twists, forward folds etc} while supported with bolsters, blankets, blocks. The cumulative benefits of this practice will balance the over stimulated and depleted energies of your body, revitalizing the body’s innate healing process. Your mind becomes immersed in stillness, the present, a state of tranquility.
