MEMBERSHIP POLICIES:

Multi-class passes and 1- Month Unlimited Yoga passes purchased at The Space Above are non-refundable, non-transferable and are valid for the time indicated for that pass. Exceptions to the expiration date of multi-class passes are permitted only due to illness or injury. If this applies to you, please inform us immediately, so we may credit you for the amount of time/classes you will miss, starting from the date you informed us.

For an auto-pay Monthly Unlimited Membership, after 90 days, you may cancel any time with only 30 days written notice. If you do not cancel, you will continue to be billed on a monthly basis at our Monthly Unlimited auto-pay rate until the end of your year term.

WORKSHOP POLICIES:

Class passes may NOT be used for Workshops and Special Events unless otherwise noted.

To determine whether a workshop will take place, we must base it upon registration. A space will not be held for any event without the commitment of a deposit or full payment depending on the workshop. Any cancellations requested after initial payment/deposit has been made are eligible for a refund less an administrative fee of 15%. Cancellations requested 7 days prior to the event are eligble for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of event will receive NO refund. In the event a workshop sells out, we will have a waiting list. Spaces will be filled on a first come first serve basis from the waiting list. Reserved space is non-transferable.
